New Patients Welcome

Interested in joining the Crescent Dental family?  We welcome you to schedule your New Patient appointment and allow us to show you the quality of care and personal touch we are proud to provide our patients. Here’s an overview of what you can expect for your first office visit.

1. Complete Your Medical and Dental History Forms – As a new patient, our office will need to collect some basic details pertaining to your medical and dental health. This includes allergies, current medications, existing conditions, and more. This not only ensures that you receive the best dental care, but also that you remain safe while under our care.

2. Your First Appointment – Unless you are visiting us as a result of an immediate dental problem, your first visit will include a complete oral examination. If needed, our staff will take diagnostic x-rays and perform a periodontal screening.

3. Follow-Up Consultation – This will be scheduled if it is determined that more time is needed to review the discovered diagnostic details, to discuss a personalized treatment plan, costs, and more.
